Today, Foo Fighters are comprised of Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Rami Jaffee, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, and Pat Smear.
For the Foo Fighters, Grohl moved away from the skins and to the frontman position. He also picked up the guitar. Hawkins plays drums.Some of Foo Fighters most beloved songs are “Learn to Fly,” “This is a Call,” “Big Me,” “Monkey Wrench,” “My Hero,” “Best of You,” and “Something from Nothing.”
The band’s name comes from the World War II era slang for UFO.
